I brought a brand new blazer in for dry cleaning. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the blazer it looked ruined. There was a large stain on the shoulder from trying to removing a small mark. I left the garment there and asked that the manager address the problem. I received a call the next day and was assured they would do their best to fix it. I had to wait a few days but the blazer came back looking good as new.
I worked closely with the new management of Neat Dry Cleaners while designing their website. They are very professional and care deeply about providing a great customer service. I wish them best of luck!
