I was in a panic trying to find a repair shop that could work on it ASAP. I found Gregory's info and called him right away. I asked him if he could replace the battery and if I could bring the phone by within 20 mins of our phone call. He took me asap, had it fixed within 40 mins and changed the screen, all while i waited. He was extremely informative, explained to me how it might have happened and the price was reasonable!
