I had a really great experience at this veterinary clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel very welcome, which is something I don’t always experience at other clinics.
I especially want to give a shoutout to Lori at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and patient, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, especially all the details about my dog’s vaccinations and the next steps. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated.
Dr. James was also very kind and thorough. They carefully checked my dog and explained what was needed without rushing through the appointment. It felt like they genuinely cared.
I’ve been to many different vet clinics before, and this one really stood out to me. Usually, visits feel very quick and not much is explained, but here the experience was completely different.
Overall, I’m very happy and grateful for the care we received. Thank you again to Lori and the whole team for such a positive experience!

I brought in my cat Cosmo for a check-up that I adopted about a week ago. The staff were very helpful and friendly in handling him. Shoutout to Tina for fostering a calm environment and to James the Vet, for looking after Cosmo!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for six years, since she was a puppy. She’s been on Apoquel for allergies her whole life. Yet every six months, I’m required to book an appointment and pay for the visit just to get a refill. Nothing changes at these appointments same medication, same routine. It feels like an unnecessary money-making exercise.
On top of that, I just found out my dog has been overdue for vaccinations since September—- it’s now March. 🤯🤯🤯🤯No one notified me by text or email. Instead, they mentioned some app I didn’t even know existed. If we don’t know about an app, how are we supposed to know we’re behind on vaccinations? Basic communication like a text would have solved this. Maybe the clinic is trying to avoid / cut fees with sending texts or emails- unsure but clients shouldn’t be expected to download and monitor an app just to stay on top of their pet’s basic care.
Lastly, my regular vet is on maternity leave. After all these years on the same medication, I’m told I have to book another appointment because my vet is away. It is like there’s no continuity of care. I’m frustrated. I expect better organization and transparency after this long.
I liked my vet but given she is on mat leave and years of enduring the money grab scheme I’ve decided it’s time to change vets. It’s no surprise to me now that the reviews and stars are so low on Google.

Dr Hung is amazing with my fearful dog! She booked us in for a double appointment so that she could take extra time with him and gave him lots of treats to earn his trust. Every time I visit this hospital the receptionists are so friendly and they open the door for me when they see me coming with my cat in the carrier. I’m very picky with where I take my fur-babies and would recommend this hospital to anyone who’s looking for a new vet.

A special thanks to Tina and Dr. Hung for their attentive and compassionate care. In particular, I was very touched by Tina’s thoughtfulness in preparing a small towel for Ruffle to lie on during the visit, it was such a kind and caring gesture, and I truly appreciate it.

Amazing experience! All staff and Dr Tezel are incredible. Convenient parking in the back. Very thorough exam and lots of time for asking questions. Really really happy with this clinic and their knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The price is insane but Dr Hung makes it all worth it!
I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Hung. When I first came with my family, it was clear that I was in the hands of not only a skilled professional but also a genuinely compassionate human being.
What stood out most was the level of care and attention I received. Dr Hung went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the treatment.
It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such thorough medical expertise with kindness and empathy. I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr Hung and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares.
