Publicly; I am not the cleaner, I am the property manager. Your multiple different responses to my first review shows the immaturity level of the person running this company. I have countless texts, camera videos, time stamps and emails from you guys and the admit of guilt in lack of communication and job expectations on YOUR part. Your team did 3 walk throughs before starting the contract, your team and cleaners were more than aware of the building. You cleaner was asked not to leave his mop bucket or products in the HALLWAY because it’s against fire code, your cleaner was caught going into storage rooms NOT prohibited in your contract and was politely asked not to. You were aware of the build up, and promised a clean building. That was not provided so your company was let go, you team promised NO charge, and then I posted my first review, you then tried to EXTORT me by telling me you wouldn’t close the account until my review was taken down, when I said that was extortion, you “Ahmet kizel” then stated that because I was lying about everything that I now had to pay. We have NO issues with our new cleaning team, this company is an absolute joke. I would love to attach the photos and videos but you’ve removed that option from your review. Steer clear of this company!!!
