    Cannot recommend. Had a phone call with Tommy who promotes their services, they take down your info to put into their database and tell you someone will be in touch. Never heard back, nobody reaches out and then they ignore your emails when you follow up. Hard to imagine they will be reliable for support when you need them. Do not seem ready to take on new business or clients.

    Absolutely the best service. Had a hinge issue with my Lenovo ThinkPad. Needed to buy/install new cover. They bought it and installed within a week of it being delivered to them from USA. Nick was great!
