Doctors are perfect but as everyone mentioned the problem is receptionist, Julia. She is super aggressive and keep harassing patients and doctors. I am not sure how she can still work with so many negative feedbacks
I'm so glad to say Dr Beik changed his receptionist. She is very polite and try to help patients to solve their problems. I called her and she relayed my problem to doctor very quickly.
Dr. Beik is so knowledgeable that I can’t stress enough. The only downside is the receptionist that one might find it a bit disheartening to see how Dr. Beik’s competency is overshadowed by her negligent. Please bear with the secretary cause it worths the patience.
