I recently received the Pedicure Deluxe and Manicure services, and I have mixed feelings about it. The Pedicure Deluxe was absolutely great - the foot massage and exfoliation were wonderful, and my feet felt amazing afterwards.
However, the Manicure experience was a bit of a letdown. Everything was going well until the technician started coloring my nails. Unfortunately, the application was messy and uneven, with noticeable layers. The final result looked ugly and not what I was expecting. I paid 99$ plus tax to feel good and unfortunately I don't feel that way with my nails coloing results.
I've been here a few times, usually as a walk in. Each time the staff went out of their way to fit me in and make sure I'm in and out on time. Today, Joy gave me a shellac manicure. She was gentle, her energy was calming and she was locked in. She really took care of what she was doing and they turned out great! Thank you so much Forest for being consistentl and somewhere I can rely on.✨️
