“Kyle was great! During installation of our heat pumps he noticed a gas leak and called Embridge to get them to change gasket. Afterwards he spoke to Embridge and then to use to give us valuable advice that we otherwise might have not known, and made a rash decision.

Even for the heat pump installation itself, he was checking in with us lots to make sure we were happy with each step of the installation. It took longer than expected, but it didn’t cost us anything extra for the time.
