Noll Climate Care installed our heat pump recently. They were very helpful in quoting, responsive to questions and helped us apply for a relate. We have been dealing with Noll Climate Care for one year now. Last year they installed a complete HVAC system and a tankless water heater this year in both cases the technicians were courteous and professional. We also had the first annual maintenance and again the technician was top notch. We can’t go without a shoutout to the office staff they also have been very helpful, courteous and professional. This service is second to none and is greatly appreciated.
I strongly recommend Noll Climate care. All the staff have been very friendly. We’ve had Matt out a few times now, he comes well prepared for service calls and takes the time to explain what’s going on. Communication has been great. I also like how they tell you ahead of time who is coming to your house and when they are on their way.
