Sterling Climate Solutions is a reliable and efficient heating and cooling company. They offer quick response times, with technicians arriving within an hour of being called. Their workmanship is of high quality, as seen in their installation of a fireplace insert and a new hot water on-demand heating system. They also install individual components such as blowers and thermostats. Our water tank reached it's end of life. While Sterling's quote was a little higher, it was more detailed, and they answered my questions promptly -- which gave me confidence that they were the right choice to replace my old tank. I initially requested a tankless unit, but after clearly explaining and showing me why venting would be a problem, they were able to pivot and replace my old tank with a new one instead that same day. They were very pleasant and professional. Would easily recommend them, and hire them again -- but hopefully not for a while. ;)
We were having problems with our split mini AC system. We gave Sterling Climate Solutions a call and they arrived the next day. Zach did a great job of diagnosing the problem and explaining to us what needed to be done. He did a great job of servicing the system and the house was cool in minutes.

David and Zach at Sterling Climate Solutions are incredible. When left without heat at our clinic during the coldest week of the winter, both men were happy to help and promptly assisted us in a new heater installation and fixing the heat whenever needed. Whenever we would call, they would be there right away. They were very respectful of our space being a busy hospital and were very quick with their work. Their in depth knowledge about heating systems was very admirable. They are two very kind individuals and we are grateful to have them part of our team.
