Just had a new furnace, hot water tank, and some ductwork done in a 116 year old home that is half gutted (not an easy place to work). Dave Dwyer and the team impressed. Reasonable pricing, great communication, and outstanding work, all done within a days’ work. These guys will definitely be getting my future business! Thanks for everything Dave and the team at KRB!

I wouldn’t know what to do without KRB. They have exceeded all my expectations. I was initially turned down by two local HVAC contractors as they did not have the expertise to handle large boiler systems for multi-family buildings. Bill and especially Timothy worked very diligently to get our building under control starting with labelling the system, diagnosing issues, and finding quick wins like operating the boilers based on outdoor thermostats. They’ve also been instrumental for numerous service calls as we figure out the system. We are very particular in our requests and KRB has shown excellent customer service.

My furnace stopped working and I called KRB. They troubleshot for a bit but ultimately conducted a full replace. I cannot say enough about this company. They went above and beyond to keep me informed, keep me comfortable without heat and doing what they said they would do. And it was the extra's, staff texting me not just during the day but after hours, repairmen returning to see that everything was working even after they were done and offering to help in any way. They told me I was at the top of their priority list and I truly felt that. Professional, empathetic and hard working. Thank you Jessica, Kyle, Clark and Tim!
