Visited due to a sudden loud noise coming from my car as I was nearby. Although it was near closing without appointment on a weekend, Ural kindly offered to check to make sure the car was safe to drive until I could get it serviced and in doing so, diagnosed and fixed the issue as well! Honest and competent mechanic that I would highly recommend and will definitely return for future issues. Thank you so much!
My car started having issues while driving into work one morning. I stopped by Urals that morning and explained the issues I was having and told them I needed the car for work. Without hesitation they said they would do their best to help me - they got the car in that day, called me with updates and explained the work needed. Car was back on the road with very little time lost. All the guys here are amazing! Super friendly! great customer service and they actually care... They stay in communication, prices are more than fare. Customer service is outstanding - They are honest, friendly and care about the customers and the vehicles they come in with
Fantastic shop with great customer service. We sent our truck in for some repairs and they were very honest and forthcoming with pictures and updates on the process. I have nothing but good things to say and would definitely recommend this shop.
