I bought an IS350 AWD F Sport 2, essentially sight-unseen, over the phone, from Thanh Trinh. The car was a Lexus Certified used vehicle, so I wasn't worried, especially given this company's reputation. The experience couldn't have been smoother and more perfect. The price was reasonable, there were no surprises when it came time to pay, the staff are amazing and extremely professional, and the car exceeded my expectations in terms of condition and presentation on delivery. This is way overdue, but I highly recommend this dealership and Mahdi. He made the process for buying my car last year very fast and easy. Amazing customer service and I would definitely come back again.
