Fantastic shop with great customer service. We sent our truck in for some repairs and they were very honest and forthcoming with pictures and updates on the process. I have nothing but good things to say and would definitely recommend this shop.
I had a great first experience with Ural's Auto this past week - Ural took my car on a Saturday where I couldn't find ANYONE to help. He dealt with my issues with care and stayed in communication with me the entire time! He really went above and beyond and I would have no issues recommending his work to anyone looking for car repairs.
After our radiator overheated they took our car in ASAP and were very responsive to our questions. Any changes to our invoice they asked permission first. They were honest with what work was necessary for the car to run and they were great at working within our budget. They took longer on our car than expected and didn't charge us labour to make up for it. Great experience!
