This was the first time I visited this place and the experience was heart warming. The person who cut and styled my hair, Revellyn, was very professional and she had an amazing energy.I felt the love around there. I brought in a coat I had purchased from The Bay just after Christmas. The zipper was finicky and kept separating at the bottom. I contacted the manager, Jennifer Day, and asked if they would honour my purchase and repair the zipper. She said of course! I took the coat in yesterday and they immediately reimbursed me for a new zipper. I'm so glad to see such great personal service and care of customers in this day and age. Don't online shop....go to the store! There's better care there! Thank you, Jennifer and the staff at The Bay in Bayshore. Great job!!!

The clothes are rather expensive but they are bigger name brands and the quality is higher. They have a good selection and variety too. It's been the flagship store of the mall for a reason.
