“Contacted Ken in regards to iPhone charging issue. He advised to bring phone to store & would be fixed same day. Took phone to store & Ken resolved issue with charging port in seconds due to my error. There was no charge, Not even a coffee. Kens customer service skills & knowledge are above & beyond any business I have encountered in some time. Further discussion revealed that Ken is skilled at computer/PC issues & updates. I will be taking my laptop in for a tune up shortly. Ken, thanks again & keep up the fantastic job.“
