Coleman got my phone working again, and best of all, nothing was erased. All of my contacts, photos, notes, apps, and other data were still there, exactly as they had been. I was incredibly relieved and impressed.

He also told me it would be ready within an hour, which I thought was amazing. I was not able to return that quickly, so I picked it up the next day. On top of the excellent service, the price was very reasonable as well.

“In August 2025, I visited Techy for a phone repair for my sister’s device, which had stopped working. My sister has special needs, and her phone is her primary means of communication, so this was a critical issue for us. I worked with Ali, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. He was in the middle of another repair but offered to text me when he was done, allowing me to run errands. True to his word, he reached out promptly. Unfortunately, the phone was beyond repair, but Ali graciously offered to apply the repair cost toward a replacement phone in stock. At the time, I didn’t see a suitable option for my sister, so I told him I’d think it over. Ali reassured me that they frequently get new inventory and to come back anytime. We returned in October—life got in the way, so it was later than planned. We found an affordable phone that met my sister’s needs, but we hit a snag when it wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, and we discovered a new AT&T SIM card was needed. The AT&T store was unhelpful, but I managed to get a SIM. Back at Techy, Ali went above and beyond, tirelessly troubleshooting to get the phone connected. This kind of setup work isn’t even part of their services—they focus on repairs and sales—yet Ali’s dedication made all the difference, asking for nothing more than our gratitude.
