Adams Plumbing provides professional and customer-focused services with reasonable rates. They are prompt, courteous, and competent, listening well to customers' needs. While they may have some limitations with certain brands, such as Kohler toilets, they excel with others, like American Standard. Their services are top-notch, efficient, and of high quality, making them a reliable choice for small and big jobs.
I've called upon Russell Adams three times in the past few years. On at least two of those occasions the work was quite complicated: replacing the shut-off valve on the incoming water line; replacing the shut-off valve on the outgoing line, this one nestled in a maze of electrical wiring, etc. Russell's work was professional, creative and timely. I was impressed and can recommend him without qualification.
We've been using Adams Plumbing for years, and have generally been very satisfied. Just a word of caution: don't ask Russ to repair a Kohler toilet! We asked Russ to fix ours while he was in doing some other work for us, and the repair job he did lasted about a day. I ended up calling Preston Hardware, figuring out what parts I needed with their help, and doing the repair myself. In the end it took about 3 minutes and $17 in parts. If you have an American Standard toilet, though, you'll be just fine using Russ's services!
