This place is incredibly meticulous and professional! My dog always comes out clean, fresh, and smelling great. They also trim the nails very neatly. I’ve been here many times already and have always had a great experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
This is the best place I a have taken my pet for pet care. The staff is so good at what they do and they have pride in their work. They are excellent communicators offering so much respect and honesty in comparison to a vet clinic visit (which I know they are not a vet). I have gained more knowledge regarding my animal’s grooming care than I do at the vet for a fraction of the cost. The prices are very reasonable. My pet also doesn’t get stressed out under their care I cant recommend this place enough. because their services are so exceptional appointments are booked months in advance but well worth it.
A great boutique not just for dogs, but for cats too! The staff have always been kind and are knowledgeable; my cat has an unusual coat and they were able to recommend me grooming supplies that actually work really well! Additionally, they are only place in Ottawa that carries a variety of tofu cat litter, which is an excellent dust-free clumping alternative to the usual clay. They also have many unique cat toys and furniture-- definitely worth a visit if you're a cat owner that loves cute things!
