I have been seeing Dr. Moore for mobility issues (neck & back) and Michael Gray for deep tissue massage.
They are both excellent and if you can book them back to back it’s amazing!
I’ll be back… in about 48 hours! ?“

35 McIntosh Way, Kanata“Dr. Rod's chiropractice sessions had played a essential role in my recovery. After taking care of the baby and long inactive period from working from home, I had a lot of aches and weak muscles that I found starting exercise almost impossible -- any activity may cause more aches.Right after the first visit, Dr. Rod had relieved my knee problems and magically relief the back pain. The effect begin to last as the sessions continue and I resumed exercise . Now chiropractics becomes my F1 garage, that it resets the spine and muscle back to neutral after work out and long working weeks (the old bad habit is hard to get rid of but I am working on it).Dr. Rod and his team are friendly and patient. I introduced my 6 yr old kid to paediatric chiropractic and he likes to work with Dr. Rod as well.“

“Last winter I took up the hobby of taking long walks outside. I am talking daily 10-20 km treks through rough terrain and snow. After a while of this, my Achilles tendon on one foot started to hurt. I brought this up while at my next adjustment just to see if Dr. McLaughlin knew any stretches that would facilitate healing, and she did, but also suggested giving cold laser treatments a try.
I will be honest in this review: I was openly skeptical about the idea of a laser blasting into my foot making anything heal faster. I thought it was chiropractor voodoo. But, it was nearing the end of the year and there was room left on my benefits so I gave it a shot and booked 3 sessions in quick succession.
The pain gradually lessened after each session and a few days later it was all gone. I am in my 40s and nothing heals that fast; not to mention I never stopped taking those long walks every day through the whole ordeal.
After a few weeks I had the same problem come up on the other foot, and that one only took 2 laser sessions to stop hurting. I have to concede that the cold laser treatment did in fact work as advertised.
Aside from all that, this is a well run chiropractor office. They are kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable on a wide range of topics. I have been going regularly for a little under 2 years and have never had a bad experience.“
