“Sandra and Todd, of Hardrock Home, were both very instrumental in renovating a bathroom in our century home that hadn't been updated for over 35 years. The renovation was needed to create a safer environment and shower area for a disabled family member. The design also created much needed storage and counter space.

Todd was very meticulous in his craftmanship and was able to overcome many issues related to historical home challenges. Sandra's guidance helped us to select the perfect combination of colours and design that made the room pop.

Sandra and Todd managed the project from start to finish which, eased the stress of renovating for us. They were very dedicated to completing the renovation in a timely manner and worked diligently to make the whole process smooth. The overall outcome was a beautiful bathroom which became our favourite room in our home.

“We worked with Custom and Quality Inc to renovate our new audiology clinic, and Mike and Ryan were absolutely amazing to work with! I can’t say enough good things about them - the attention to detail and quality of work was excellent, they stayed on schedule throughout, pricing was fair and reasonable, and they were very communicative and easy to work with. Above all, they are really honest, genuinely great guys who care about their clients.

The space was an empty shell to begin with, so they had to do everything including walls, flooring, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and all the finishing touches. Mike and Ryan were super responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. At the beginning of the project, they worked with us to plan the layout and all the details, and really took the time to make sure we would get exactly what we wanted. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated, as we had never done this before and really relied on their guidance and expertise. The project was finished right on schedule and we’re thrilled with the way everything turned out. The clinic looks beautiful and we get tons of compliments on the space!

They’ve continued to be responsive even after the project was done - if we had any little issues or questions they were right on top of things. We had some bad luck with a flood from the unit next to us a few months after opening - Mike and Ryan dropped everything and rushed over to help mitigate the water damage, and then rearranged their schedules to help us with all the repairs. They really went above and beyond in every way!!

I would recommend them a million times over - in fact, most of my friends and family have heard me rave about how great our contractors are!
