“We were very pleased with our transaction with Real Blue Roofing Services Inc. We wanted to get a bathroom roof vent installed and get our gas exhaust vent looked at for a possible leak. We contacted several companies for estimates and Real Blue answered our request promptly and were there the next day to take a look. I had requested for an estimate and the very next day, Ruth from Roofs On Homes called to set up an appointment for Danny to come out to our home to give us an estimate. “I'm pleased to recommend Detail Roofing for any Condominium in the GTA. I have worked with Detail Roofing at PCC 417 as the Board hired them to take over the roof maintenance contract from a prior vendor who let the site fall into a state of disrepair and many issues, leading to a safety and security concern.

Since Detail Roofing took over the site in 2024 and from my experience working with them; I know they are highly qualified for any work in a Condo setting when it comes to roof repair and maintenance.

At PCC 417 they excelled at the required work they were brought in for. They are diligent in taking care of needed repairs, provided excellent customer service and feedback to the Board and Management and understood the fine details of repair and maintenance; as they found and were able to take care of emergency services, repairs and replacements, site inspections, among other required tasks. I was impressed by their knowledge of the building mechanics; which they regularly advised the Board on required versus recommended repairs.

Detail Roofing was also able to provide assistance with the building concerning their estimates and pricing on all their work, which helped the Corporation tremendously. Lastly, the office staff I have had the pleasure to speak with are kindhearted and passionate with assisting Management and the building as a whole with various projects.

“Eavestroughs when properly installed should last a good number of years but eventually they need to be replaced. The internet provided some help but in the end who do you call? Fortunately for me a friend had theirs done last year by D’Angelo & Sons and they suggested I check them out.

I contacted D’Angelo and a sales representative came to the house. He listened to my concerns, made some suggestions and subsequently I hired them to replace all our eavestroughs.

On installation day their crew arrived and one of the installers asked if I had any concerns before they started. He also explained what he was going to do and if I was in agreement.

On completion everything looked great and properly sloped for rain run-off. The work site was left completely clean. Over the next few days it rained and on checking the eavestrough everything was fine.
