In an earlier review, I expressed frustration with certain aspects of the post installation service, but the company (Cheri) went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and responded in a manner that deserves special recognition. It's highly unusual in the home renovation sector for companies to be responsive to customer queries/requests once the work is completed, so I was surprised and pleased that the company places a great premium on ensuring that customers are happy with the overall process, even after the work is completed.
