I have work with Detailed Roofing for 8 years for our condominium needs across many properties. We have a significant amount of roof leaks over the past years and Detailed's record keeping has been a tremendous help as we are involved with engineers to further assist with the ongoing repairs. The record keeping provided us with a detailed reporting which saved many hours with the engineer costs. Thank you for the assistance. BC
