We had a great experience with Mr. Heat. TThe Head Technician i called ahead before arriving and showed up exactly on time, which we really appreciated. He was polite, professional, and very courteous throughout the visit. He quickly diagnosed and repaired our gas fireplace, explaining what he was doing along the way and making sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
The service was efficient, clean, and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr. Heat and Nima to anyone needing fireplace or heating repairs.
Mueller Mechanical has installed two furnaces and two A/C systems at two different houses for us over the past 20+ years and most recently installed a heat pump in a master bedroom. They have always done great work and provided great service and I highly recommend them.
Nima never disappoints, and is my “go to” guy at Mr. Heat who I’ve trusted in my HVAC repairs for 15+ years. He serviced my furnace, hot water tank and AC at my old house when we had issues and now has been there for us on a furnace blower motor failure in the winter (Mike came to fix that) and most recently a capacitor failure on my AC.
Nima still personally answers the phone and has always made sure to show up the day of my call, providing a full explanation after troubleshooting and fixing the issues - all at fair prices.
