“I needed some quick help with a leak in my roof that was causing issues in my home. After speaking with a few options, I decided to go with Best Choice Roofing because they were direct and quick to respond. They were punctual, and quick to get the job done. They were very transparent and walked me through the process of the repair and the reason for my issue.“

“Job: - I used EVO roofing to replace my single car garage house in Pickering for complete shingles, soffits, fascia, Eva through, gutter and downpipes. I connected with them through Albert (647-679-8337). I discussed my expectation with him and texted the full list of verbal agreement. Product: - I been presented GAF Timberline Charcoal black HD shingles during initial project discussion. No deposit payment was made and the change one day due to actual rain. Workday: - Sawn (E) came to my house at 8:30 pm on Tuesday (scheduled time) and brought the same shingles as Albert presented to me before. Work: - 5 personals were presented, and they started working right away. Yes, house surrounding become little messy, but Shawn affirmed me that it will be cleaned. Remove shingles and soffits, fascia, Eva through, gutter, pipes at same time around 10:30 am they removed shingles from main roof and soffits, fascia, Eva through, gutter, pipes from full house. around 1:30 pm they completely installed the full house shingles. I found one dip in shingles, I thought is a Plywood issue, but Shawn opened the shingles and showed me the plywood which was in good condition. but he levelled the shingles on my request. around 2:00 pm took the lunch but otherwise they were working. 6:45 pm Soffits, fascia, Eva through, gutter and pipes was completely installed. While other guys picked the garbage, metal through magnetic cart and broom cleaned the whole area. Almost no debris left as they promised. 7:00 pm they gave me workmanship warranty and shingles registered warranty from Timberline. Took the money cash. I didn’t have full money, so they picked the remaining cash next day. Yes, Except Shawn no worker speaks English (Doesn’t matter to me). Yes, when they throw shingles, they don’t say anything, but they look for it (Which is good). Favour: - They put new shingles to my 8x8 shed for free (Installed on existing ones on my request.) I’m happy with there work, (apparently) quality and completion time. I highly recommend this company as they did all those things which they were agreed with me on the begging of project.“

He originally did our first roof 22 years ago and it could have gone another few years easily however our insurance company didn’t insure roofs that old.
