“I come to this location a few times a week. It’s a lot cleaner than it was a few years ago. I don’t shower here, so i can’t comment on the condition of the showers. I also don’t know if everything is cleaned as it should be, i.e. I would be surprised if all the machines were wiped down end of night, or if periodically the lockers were wiped down, but overall, things look fairly clean and the washrooms are clean. I love that there is a women’s section. However, I am constantly waiting for the leg adductor and abductor machines in the main area. These are the most popular and there should be another set of these, ideally in the ladies section. While I find many gym goers are respectful, today when I was standing waiting next to the machine, when the girl finished she just gave it to her boyfriend who had not been waiting by the machine, and they did not apologize and were rude about this. Attendants should be informed of proper gym etiquette. If you want to alternate with someone and share the machines this is fine, but you cannot save a machine for someone while they are using something else, no matter who they are. This is ignorant and disrespectful. Im happy with: price, hours, parking space, front desk staff, quality of machines. When I used to use the swimming pool in the past - it gets way too busy, people were so rude and hogged the lane and splashed. I find the swimming pool is fairly busy most of the time. There should be someone there monitoring pool etiquette. Ideally, there would be 2 pools, but this would drive up the cost of the gym too much and I don't even use the pool anymore.”
