“Excellent quality of service and knowledge of massage therapy. Wonderful location, easy access and I felt very safe and assured that all Covid rules have been followed properly. Even when they are booked solid they do an excellent job of fitting you in or alerting you of cancelations. I highly recommend Continuum.“
“I would highly recommend Denise if you are looking for an excellent massage therapist. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and her studio is warm and inviting. Denise worked with me to alleviate the tension in my back, shoulders and neck and I feel so much better. She is amazing!“

It accommodates my every mood, whether I'm seeking a challenge or simply need to unwind after a long day.Every friend I bring for a class this falls in love. If you're considering a visit. All I have to say is their equipment is superior to all other gyms. They have such unique pieces that you would be lucky to try. The staff is always so friendly and kind and the trainers are so helpful. Overall, I am very impressed with this gym and happy I found it!“

Yes, the cost of membership is much higher but with it you get access to all the amenities, most group classes, pool, towel service, shaving creams, razors, lotions and all the personal care essentials. In the summer time you get to use the outdoor pool which is incredible. Several cabanas, pool loungers, water slides, hot tub, food and beverage station give you a vacation resort feeling.Staff is very friendly and very accommodating.“

4861 Yonge St, Toronto“I recently had my first visit to LA Fitness and was quite impressed overall. Upon entering, I was greeted by Ali at the front desk, who was very pleasant and welcoming. It was a great start to what proved to be a mostly positive experience.The gym itself is spacious, boasting a wide variety of machines and free weights. Whether you're into cardio or strength training, you'll likely find what you need here.However, there was one drawback that slightly dampened my experience: the organization of the weight racks. I found them to be quite empty, with weights scattered all over the gym. This made it a bit challenging to find the correct weights to complete my workout efficiently.Overall, I'm pleased with my first visit.“
