“The Roofers recently replaced our gutters, fascia, and eavestrough. Ash was easy going and friendly to deal with. Did a remote quote, there was a hiccup during the install that required more than anticipated labour, but he stayed true to his original quote. The fascia and soffit installer (Reggie?) took his time, was very detail oriented, did a phenomenal job. Even cleaned up at the end of each day. The eavestroughs were installed by other pair of guys after, who also did a great job. There was a cosmetic thing that we were not happy with so I called Ash and he scheduled the installers to come back and change it up, even after having received payment.

I cannot recommend the roofers enough, end to end was a great experience.“

“I had Blackstar replace my Soffits, Facia and Gutters this past fall and they did a great job - were very happy with the result. I ended up getting 5 quotes and did a lot of review on who to choose, and while not the cheapest (nor the most expensive), they were competitive with the others I felt comfortable with doing the job I wanted it done right the first time and was willing to pay a bit more for good workmanship and a company that would stand behind it. The one advantage they had over some of the others was they could do 6 gutters which at first looked really large but we love the way they cover the facia it all looks awesome. Pierre, who did the sales quote, was great to work with and very responsive not pushy and left me the time I needed to figure things out. The work was done over 2 days first crew ripped everything down, the second crew of 2 put up the new stuff. Was amazing how fast they were and the cleanup was done right. They did a great job and even did some fancy work around on one of the downpipes that kept it out of the way of being stepped on. Ill know more this winter with ice damning and in the spring with the rains, but right now I would easily recommend them to a friend.“

“situation when our roof began leaking in extreme winter weather. These guys came the same day we called for an estimate. They actually went on the roof to check it out (other companies had just used drones). We got a detailed estimate on paper and they were able to start work immediately, despite the severe freezing temperatures. We called other places for a quote and either they took too long to reply or they didn't reply at all. We had to have contractors come in to repair the damage inside the house from the leak and didn't want to begin that until the roof had been replaced (since it could leak again and cause further damage). These guys started work immediately and were surprisingly quick. They came to work on our roof on one of the coldest days of the year, they didn't have to do that. They could have delayed the job, but they didn't. I will reccommend Best Flat Roof to anyone I know because we had such an amazing experience with them during a very difficult time. Even when we asked for something to be done differently, they cooperated immediately, no argument. I can't thank them enough for saving our home. Please give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.“

“June of 2024 I reached out to Acores Roofing to get a quote as we were gathering them to make the most informed decision. Aaron responded after checking out our roof and with that response came not just a quote but information to help us understand why and what they use. They were the only company who did this.
At the time we couldn’t proceed on our side even though it was desperately needed as our roof was easily over 17 years old and parts were coming off.
