Mark and his assistant Hector are extremely professional. Before contracting the job, Mark pointed out all the problems, and very honestly told me that he wouldn't make any repairs as the eaves were beyond repair. They were over 40 years, original to the house. They came on time, worked hard, precisely and once finished, cleaned up after finishing. You never would guess that a contractor worked most of the day around the house. Mark pointed out several improvements to the existing eaves layout which make a lot of sense and will improve the water flow and snow and ice melting, protecting the roof and the house. Grateful to have found ODS.Mark, Hector and their team have done multiple repairs for me in the past. Most recently, they did a fairly significant replacement to a section of flat roof and all the eaves and gutters. He kept me up to date during the work and informed me of anything that was of concern.Mark is responsive, punctual and does not cut corners.
