Normally they are fine, I've noticed they overbooked frequently. Today I had an appointment for 5:45pm for a fill and wasn't seen until 6:10pm ish because they simply overbooked! What's the point in making an appointment if they can't follow it ?Disappointed tonight Overall they do nice work though !

I had a great experience! My nails look great! No issues with the waxing either. Very clean environment. I will definitely be going back! Susan was very professional and immediately made me feel at home.

The staff here are very professional. I love that they have an online booking option, which makes finding time to get my nails done so much easier! I appreciate the time and patience they put into their services. I often ask for designs to change things up and they always nail it (literally) ☺️ Thank you kindly for the superior service and for putting up with my art requests!
