I emailed about an issue I was having with my gaming PC and received a response with an appointment time for the next day within 10 minutes. The shop is clean, welcoming, and comfortable to wait in while Shane performs diagnostics, troubleshooting, and/or repairs.

To be honest, I don’t know much about PCs, but Shane never made me feel judged for that. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and even gave me advice on future upgrades to consider.

The pricing was very reasonable, and it’s now been over 24 hours since my service. My PC has been running perfectly ever since. Thanks again!!!

The PC Repair Guy saved many tears from our daughter ! When her pc dropped working he was extremely knowledgeable and quick at finding the problem and fixed it no problem! Price was right and we would go to him again for any other pc future needs ! Thanks so much !!

Shane’s services are amazing. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend anyone with PC issues to contact him.

I texted him about my gaming laptop having issues with excessive overheating and he got back to me within minutes. I was able to book an appointment for the next day without any hassle.
