Hi Shane, it’s Dannah I wrote this on my way back before picking my PC up again!

As someone who loves gaming but grew up on console, my knowledge of PCs and gaming laptops is honestly pretty limited — but Shane made me feel completely respected, heard, and welcome from the start.

I brought in a prebuilt PC that other shops would likely have “fixed” one issue at a time without addressing the root problem. Shane not only rebuilt it properly, he got it running smoother than ever — and never once made me feel embarrassed or inexperienced in the process. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. He diagnosed and fixed my laptop problem on the same day, which was a huge relief. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll meet.
