My recent shopping experience at 1080 Wellington Rd, London, Ontario was excellent. I had purchased an open-box laptop from Best Buy's website, but after a few days I noticed that the space key was not functioning properly. So I decided to exchange it.
Sarah from the customer service department assisted me. Since the laptop I had purchased was an open-box item, she explained that they didn't have another open-box one in stock at the location and offered to exchange it for a different model. Great experience at Best Buy! The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of electronics and accessories. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Checkout was quick and everything went smoothly. Went in to buy a phone. Sales associate was dismissive, seemed uninterested, and rushed through my questions about Geek Squad. Left without purchasing. Customer service was lacking when I was ready to spend.
Walked right next door to Walmart and met Kelsey in the entertainment/phone section. She was absolutely amazing, explained everything clearly, calmly, and with patience. Highly satisfied. If you're shopping for a phone in this area, save yourself the hassle and go see her instead.
