“Morgan is an absolutely amazing artist. She is extremely personable, easy to talk to & gentle. She takes the time to ensure you're going to be happy & enjoy the piece of art she is tattooing on your body. I had 2 previous tattoos, that I passed out getting both by 2 different artists. It wasn't until Morgan that I was able to stay awake during the process of my tattoos, between her gentleness & her recommendations prior to my appointment to eat & drink properly. “I had a very sentimental memorial piece for my late husband (it was space themed), tattooed by Dana but initially drawn by a different artist, It was my first tattoo ever, and I had probably no less than 1 million questions before during and after the process. Dana was patient with me and took the time to not only answer my questions, but also educate me on why the answer is the way that it is. The tattooing process itself went amazing and I am incredibly proud of the work she did on my arm. I will definitely continue to use her for future, tattoos! I highly recommend Dana!“

“I would go to see Randi but not some of the others due to being unprofessional after a tattoo a year ago(9 in total over 2 days with 3 different artists) 1 needed fixed badly. we went to speak with tattoo artist who did it and get 2 or 3 more over next few days with another artist. Our interaction with HIM left was very defensive and unprofessional. all we wanted was 1 to be touched up and 1 change(we were paying for change) the cold shoulder made us leave and go to another artist we seen last year too! speaking with Randi she offered a deal on a future tattoo if we choose. we will go see her as she tried to fix situation. no disrespect to Soul One ladies seem really nice! clean store woman very professional thank you Randi can see in pic how tattoo turned out and wanted the tree fixed“

“this whole place is full of talented artists ! such a welcoming environment, i would recommend this place for someone’s first tattoo or someone who is nervous.
i witnessed an employee during my appointment take a phone call for a client who was very unsure about what they wanted. instead of getting annoyed, she talked it out with them for several minutes and gave them the contact info of the artist that would best fit the style they wanted! such an informed group that is customer focused. great job!“
