I went in for nose ring, had issues couple of times but what sparked me was the assistant mgr did all she could to make me happy. Thanks for being empathetic and patient with me and my friend. Say hi to your dog!!

Very nice people. My piercer was this great guy named Mike who I called Derek because I don't understand jokes and I didn't bring cash for a tip but he still told me to have a good day and smiled. 10/10
