“Strained back was incapacitating me.Chiropractor and painkiller didn’t help but Eric at Lifemark did.He prescribed a series of incremental exercises that have resolved the back pain and given me increased flexibility at the same time.Eric was always on time, listened and encouraged me with pragmatic advice and I never felt that the treatment program was being prolonged unnecessarily.Managing the online workout instructions could be improved but that wasn’t an issue for me.“
