A great team atmosphere in this building. Always lovely staff at the front door, and I can’t say enough about Tamara’s knowledge and helpfulness along my recovery journey so far.
I did not know what to expect, but, was pleasantly surprised, everyone was so nice and the things they asked of me were very easy to do which built my confidence and made me want to do more. I can’t wait to start the classes .
Had a follow up appointment with Allison today. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She made great tweaks to my program and added new exercises that will really help my post breast cancer surgery recovery.
