I have nothing but good things to say about Neighbourhood Pet Clinic. We mostly use the Westmount location, but have used another location during an emergency, which is so convenient. The vets & techs are knowledgeable, patient & kind. They've been so helpful as we've navigated the health of our cats, from regular wellness checks & managing chronic illness to end of life care, including euthanasia. And the cost of services & products is very reasonable. The many services they offer is fabulous! A pet taxi to get them to & from scheduled appointments, regular, free food & medication delivery, payment portal, online ordering and most importantly, the ability to communicate directly with the vet or with a tech, via both phone & e-mail. Our primary vet has been Dr. Winneta. She is amazing, especially when explaining various health issues to us. She's patient, knowledgeable & has an amazing & unique way of explaining things that I appreciate so much. If she's not a teacher, she should be! Our experience with other vets at the clinic has also been great. We chose this clinic randomly and are so thankful we did!
