I am new to Canada and picked Hair Effects as I visited the Masionville Mall. I know no one in London so I took a chance and phoned to make an appointment. I was fitted in for an appointment with Marianai. I requested foils, cut and blowdry. This was my first time to get foils which I decided on because I had surgery which left my hair thinner. 40 years I was with my hairdresser in N.I. It was a big step to have someone new work with my hair. But Marianai I need'nt have worried as she took time to sort my colour and foils. She cut my hair the way I wanted it cut and brought my colour up a nice bright blonde. I was pleased with the final touch. She didn't mind I talked...read full review
