Our first time today for our sons very first haircut.

Kim (and Ellie) were absolutely fantastic!. Kim was awesome with our son. Very engaged, making him smile and laugh. It wasn't rushed. She asked what we wanted, explained different techniques and what could be achieved and what she would recommend. Ellie was very friendly and engaging with our daughter who was there as well even though she wasnt getting hers cut yet. Ellie couldn't resist getting our daughters hair into a sweet pony. You can really tell these women LOVE what they do and it comes out in spades in how they interact with the kids and eachother.

We very highly recommend Cookie Cutters because of Kim and Ellie alone.

I'd give a 4/5 star review. Tanya was quick, efficient and the end result was great. The reason I didn't give 5 star was that I've heard some really great things about this place and thought I'd check it out. The environment wasn't as warm and inviting as I'd expect for a children's place and they spelt my son's name wrong on his 1st hair cut certificate (I didn't notice this until I got back home). Aside from those things, everything was great and I'll definitely return for future hair cuts.
