We can’t thank James enough for his incredible service! Our AC unit suddenly stopped working just two hours before guests were due to check into our Airbnb, and we were in full panic mode. James came out immediately on emergency notice and handled everything with professionalism and urgency. Not only did he arrive quickly, but he also diagnosed and fixed the issue right away saving the day and keeping our guests comfortable in this 30 degree heat. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Absolute lifesaver—highly recommend!

We were a returning customer thanks to the previous install and amazing aftercare along with a service that worked around us. Another thing to note is all the work that has been done so far has been to the cost of the quote so that there were not hidden surprises once the team were on site. Everything is meticulous checked with amazing attention to detail prior to the install. James and his team and fantastic from start to finish. Even from the first phone call I knew we were dealing with a professional outfit and they took the time to fully understand our needs. All the team were always pleasant on site and ensure that they left everything tidy each day or even after their rapid 1 day install for our outbuilding. We also did not have to wait long to get the install started. This time round we decided to upgrade the heating within the house and the units have far exceeded our expectations. The Wi-Fi function along with timers is a really great solution and allows us to use the units when energy is cheap or plan to use this when the our solar is running with excess. So far the systems also appear to be out performing our Air to Water Heat Pump solution by the means of heating the rooms much much quicker and they also can recover better if the cold rushes in when any of the doors are opened being in a busy family household. I did also delay this review a little but for a good reason as so far the running costs are also much lower than we anticipated. We are finding that we can also leave this on to keep the house comfortable over the weekends and our battery storage is still going by midday in the winter whereas other methods we were normally out of battery by 10am! We hope this continues as the unit that they originally fitted in the outbuilding we have it appears to have only costs us around £60 for the year with worst case energy pricing at 30p per kWh. Remember these units can heat and cool and I think I would spend that every few weeks with the oil filled radiator and I never felt warm whereas with the unit they installed I am always comfortable. I would never hesitate into recommending this outstanding team and company. Their dedication to customer success and happiness is second to none and is not often seen across many industries.
