LivFit Listowel
“Im not new to working out but am fairly new to the gym and the machines, so needless to say going was a bit overwhelming but the people who work there are very helpful and they don't make u feel embarrassed at all, I not only didn't know where a certain machine was but I also didn't know how to use it and the lady that helped me was so sweet (:
Everyone there is amazing tho!!
And the gym itself has everything you need, it's also very clean and well laid out
It's the perfect size for anyone who gets social anxiety or becomes overwhelmed in any gym !! They also sell proteine bars and have a very nice washroom and shower set up aswel 10/10”
