I did some research on Google and selected Michael at Dexterity soley based on the reviews. Billy also enjoyed excellent reviews.I made an appointment prior to arriving in the country and that experience was seamless.I arrived for my appointment a few minutes before time today and Michael was ready to accommodate me. He is an extremely personable individual and easy of manner. He possesses all the ingredients for a good customer experience. He listened patiently to my instructions, made a few informed suggestions and then executed with precision. I am totally satisfied with the end result and will certainly go to Dexterity again whenever I visit the Peterborough area. It sure will be Michael again if he is still there.Keep up the excellent work Micheal and Billy. I was impressed!“
