My wife and I had a general exam and teeth cleaning on Friday, July 24th. The exam was done using all available technology and was the most detailed exam we have had so far despite having had several different dentists in the past. Dr. Kosta impressed us with his dedication to patients, knowledge and advice. Elenn, the hygienist, was also great and very professional, and thanks to her, our teeth look better than ever. I also want to mention doctor's assistant Brooklin and administrative assistant Lillian and thank them for their great work.
I’ve been attending classes on a regular basis since January 2026 and an attending a retreat was new to me! Had a great day surrounded by lovely scenery, people and a wonderful caring instructor! Highly recommend.

If we want change, we need to do the work. We all have heard that, but sometimes it is hard to get ourselves to just do the work. I am so happy and grateful that I know Kristen Young and have her guidance to do the work I need to do.She was my PT for a brief period at a gym in 2019. I lost my job and have been home for a year and a half. My posture went down hill, my neck, shoulder and back pain did not allow me to work out or even do many daily activities. Kristen has helped me relieve me from my severe pain by sharing personalized you tube videos during the pandemic. I was sincere in doing them regularly and my tight muscles slowly stretched out.Now she is helping me strengthen my back. This November I have completed a month of PT with her. Her online sessions (30 minutes) are so good. I see such good improvement in my posture at work, my basic strength. Staying committed to my goal is possible because of a PT like her.

I use the Lakefield location. As a 66 yo, once a week ex-GoodLife user, I found it too much gym at $70/month. I'm now paying <$50/month with a simple, no obligation payment system. The facility is adequate, sized and equipped comparable to a decent resort "fitness centre". My only complaint is toe hooks on the general purpose weight benches. It makes launching heavier dumbbells very difficult. All-in-all, it's what I need.

The staff are incredibly helpful in putting together a beautiful mix that meets both my aesthetic vision and my budget! Always impressed.

Up until recently, I had only used Buckhorn Garage for simple oil and seasonal tire changes. I recently had them change the front and rear brakes on my 2014 Civic si. The whole process was perfect. A reasonable, very competitive quote, the work getting done when they said it would be done, the final price was exactly as originally quoted. Friendly and knowledgeable.
