I am from out of town (actually from another country) and I am visiting with relatives this side of Ontario. I did some research on Google and selected Michael at Dexterity soley based on the reviews. Billy also enjoyed excellent reviews.I made an appointment prior to arriving in the country and that experience was seamless.I arrived for my appointment a few minutes before time today and Michael was ready to accommodate me. He is an extremely personable individual and easy of manner. He possesses all the ingredients for a good customer experience. Went in with poofy curly hair that I couldn't maintain. I decided to give Mike full creative freedom, he asked several follow up questions and had something in mind. Left looking and feeling like a giga Chad. Thanks Mike, I will only be coming here for cuts from now on!

I was looking for a haircut in that area and I randomly decided on Dexterity. It was a great choice. Not only did Mike do a fantastic job, but it was cheaper than I expected. A bonus because I'm a teacher and Mike happened to be teaching his apprentice Sam, so it was nice to see pedagogy at play during a haircut.Mike is a really easy-to-talk-to guy, he makes you feel at ease and has a great sense of humour. Really, the whole place does. Billy is hilarious as well; he has a very stoic look, but he cracks jokes all the time. So funny.If you want a balance of quality, personality and price, definitely check out Dexterity Hair Lounge, You won't be disapppointed!
