What an INCREDIBLE experience at the first Inner Devotion Retreat on June 25!The setting was PERFECT, the yoga was both challenging and relaxing, and the guests were OUTSTANDING?Valerie is a fabulous yoga instructor andher attention to detail as hostess was wonderful.It was hot day and Val adjusted the day accordingly, having a back up plan if needed.I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend Inner Devotion Yoga?

As a newbie to yoga, Val the yoga instructor, makes you feel so at ease and comfortable in learning yoga. I definitely recommend going to this studio and starting ones journey, I will be going back for sure. Namaste ?

This was my first ever yoga class and I was very anxious going in knowing I didn't know how to do the poses. Well that all changed once I went through the doors and smelt the calming inscents and heard soft music. I was then welcomed with open arms and a smile. This was her holiday class so she had decorations and a beautiful display of treats for everyone to enjoy. In the class Valerie explained every pose that we were doing so it was very easy to follow along. Her voice was calming and reassuring. I showed up feeling anxious and left feeling light and calm. I highly recommend Inner Devotion Yoga and I can't wait to go back. Thank you!
