Joanne fits me in for an adjustment with my chiropractor Denisa every time I feel a strain or injury. Denisa's assessment of my strained area and the contributing factors is always accurate. Her adjustments are gentle, targeted, and effective in correction of my malalignment. When I ask for stretches, yoga positions, exercises and nutrition supplements, Denisa always takes the extra time to advise. Her advice for supplements taken during my COVID infection, reduced my symptoms and fast forwarded my recovery. I give myself a visit to Bridgenorth Chiropractic at least monthly. At the age of 72, I wouldn't be able to scuba dive, carry my grandchildren or continue my part time work as a registered nurse, without the care I receive from my chirporactor.
