Last year we made the decision to move from the city and turn the cottage we had owned for 20 years into our full time home. We initially selected Spotlight Home and Lifestyle to handle the renovation based on Matt's clear communication style and processes. We knew what we were getting into based on the detailed contract and transparent change order process.

What delighted us in the end was the dedicated team who worked on our home and the utter quality and attention to detail in their work. We couldn't be happier with the result.

We chose Spotlight to build a sunroom addition to our cottage in Buckhorn, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Matt managed the overall processed transparently and professionally. We always felt in the loop and confident everything was under control, as we were often not in the area as the build was taking place. Their project management software is a great tool to follow the process.

We also really appreciated the quoting process. Not once was I ever scared the costs would run out of control! The way they approach that is 10/10.

Garnet and his whole team were totally professional and an absolute delight to deal with. Our dream renovation became reality.!! The reno took place in the midst of covid from Sept to Dec 2022 with minimal delay. We could not be happier with the end result!!!
