Extremely happy starting from Vincent the estimator and Mike Hart and his crew. Vincent was very nice and professional when explaining and helping my mother with her new windows and doors. Mike Hart and his crew were super nice and very good at what they do. Very friendly, professional and quick with perfect job. We are very happy and definitely recommend Bavarian Window Works.

After getting estimates from 3 other companies, we decided to go with Bavarian Windows. Joe was clear and to the point during the estimate process. He helped steer us in the right direction. We ordered new windows for our upstairs level.(We specifically got LowE2-3 windows with an OER=21)Installation was done by Mike and Jordan. They were friendly, attentive and did excellent work.All in all, from Joe to the office staff, AK in the installation department, and our two installers, Mike and Jordan, we were completely satisfied. We will be returning customers very soon, as our bottom level also needs renovating.5 Stars!

Hardy helped me select the perfect windows for my home, and was always super friendly and easy to reach. Installers Mike and Jordan were diligent, professional, and very detail-oriented.
