I received a message back the same day I sent in my request for a quote. Our salesman (Rocky) came out within a very short period of time and was friendly, well informed and we never felt pressured to buy. He was an all around good guy and we were very happy with the price he quoted. He didn't try to upsell us at all which is almost unheard of in this day and age. We really appreciate that.<br>The follow-up and confirmation of order was great as well. It was very easy to navigate and made the whole experience very smooth. We also appreciated the quick turn around from the time we confirmed the order to the actual installation. Given that we placed the order is high season, we didn't expect it to be done that soon.
