I booked a lash lift, tint, and dip. When I go there, she said that she couldn’t do the dip (she didn’t have the materials). I had to confirm my appointment, yet she told me when I go there that she couldn’t do it. I would have cancelled.At any rate, I got the lash tint and lift. While doing the lift, we were chatting and she commented that my previous lash extensions must have been done incorrectly, because she never gets breakage from hers. Fine. But when we were done, my lashes curled sideways rather than up. This woman is rude as hell. And not even “maybe she’s having a bad day” rude. She’s obviously showcasing one personality to her clients and one to the people who provide her customer service so that she can PROVIDE BUSINESS TO HER CLIENTS.Disgusting attitude and manners towards people. Never in my years of customer service have I had the misfortune of dealing with someone who is as horrific as her.Remember to be kind to people, the customer service workers you speak to over the phone can also be potential future clients - or not in this case.Have a nice day :)
