While making the purchases we were not sure of which retailers to get it from where Purvi helped us Walk trough all the features of different refrigerators measurements are accurate so it fits our space also to add a Microwave which we here so much reluctant yet here enthusiastic nature at the end convinced us and then to close it all of Priyankar helped us to add a LG tv to the mix as a cherry on top as our existing TV had flickering issues. And Priyankar helped us pick an Amazing LG smart TV that fits our Space as well. Last year we bought laptops from Best Buy. Today we went to fix some stuff on our laptops and were amazed that Stuti, who was the one who got us the deal, remembered us. She came to us and greeted us. Knew exactly what we had bought last year. Amazing! Then Stuti and Nihchal solved our problems very smoothly and not once we felt pressured or not once our concerns were not being answered. The best thing about Stuti is that she is not looking at a one time sales but she won us as returning customers. Hats off to them.
Be very mindful of their return policy. Ask them about it before you make a purchase
I was in today and there was way more staff than customers, lots of staff just lounging and hanging out/chatting with each other, on many occasions they were just in the way and made browsing and shopping really awkward,
happened in 3 separate areas of the store, become uninterested in browsing and left early
to many people standing around doing nothing, just getting in the way. Glad u had the item i wanted though
